This certification does not transfer to other challenge courses, but it ensures your team is hyper-specialized and legally compliant for your specific operation. 

 Yes! We highly recommend On-Site Training. By bringing our certified trainers to you, your personnel master their skills in the actual spaces where they will work. This allows us to conduct emergency response drills on your specific zip lines and challenge course structures, detect course-specific operational issues, and train your staff using your existing life-safety equipment. 

 Yes. If you are an individual looking to boost your professional credentials, or a facility that only needs to train one or two new hires, ESI routinely hosts Open Enrollment Training events at partner facilities (such as regional YMCA camps and retreat centers) throughout the year.  Under industry standards, level 1 practitioner certifications are typically valid for one year, with Level 2 vcalid for 3 years. l Re-Certification (which includes a review of core competencies, rescue drills, and a skills assessment) is mandatory for maintaining valid practitioner credentials, insurance compliance, and operational safety standards.
