You typically only require one trained dispatcher at the top of the launch tower to manage spacing and rider posture, and one certified lifeguard stationed in the water at the splash zone to ensure the landing area is clear before the next rider descends.

 Yes. For camps in the Midwest or Northeast, proper winterization is essential. ESI will instruct your maintenance staff on how to properly drain the plumbing lines, shut off the water pumps, and secure the slide flumes to protect the structural integrity of the plastic from freezing temperatures and heavy snow loads. 

 Absolutely. As a full-service provider, ESI performs routine structural inspections, maintenance, and retrofits for adventure structures.
